ELIE Circle Institute Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Baltimore, MD, but remotely serves all of the United States of America. The Institute focuses primarily on the research side as we strive to foster the holistic health of (1) Black girls & Black women and (2) young people & staff in community-based educational spaces (CBES; e.g., afterschool programs, summer camps, libraries, museums, scouts).
