Stephanie Lewis is the Director of Relationships at Remake Learning, where she fosters a vibrant, equitable learning ecosystem across Southwestern Pennsylvania. With over a decade of experience in community-based education, she is a passionate advocate for engaging, learner-centered opportunities that empower youth and families.
In addition to her role at Remake Learning, Stephanie is the founder of Stepology LLC, a consultancy that supports youth-serving nonprofits through professional development, strategic guidance, and administrative capacity-building. Her work is grounded in equity, collaboration, and a deep belief in the power of community to transform learning.
As a board member of ELIE Circle Institute Inc., Stephanie brings a deep commitment to advancing the leadership, wellness, and educational opportunities of Black women and girls. She is dedicated to building spaces where they can thrive, be heard, and lead with confidence.

Raven Jones, MSW, is a dedicated education professional with more than thirteen years of experience advancing equity within the public education sector. A 2012 alumna of Teach For America–Detroit, Ms. Jones has held a variety of roles throughout her career, including elementary school teacher, literacy programs manager, and part-time faculty member at Washtenaw Community College. She currently serves as the Partnerships Project Manager for Detroit Public Schools Community District, where she leads initiatives designed to strengthen cross-sector collaboration and improve student outcomes.
A native of Toledo, Ohio, Ms. Jones’s commitment to educational equity is grounded in her belief that every child deserves a dedicated advocate and access to high-quality learning opportunities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health from Miami University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, with concentrations in Community Organizing, Community & Social Systems, and Management of Human Services.
Ms. Jones is deeply committed to systemic change and social justice, and she approaches her work with a steadfast belief in the transformative power of community-informed solutions. She is honored to serve as Secretary of the ELIE Circle Institute, Inc., and is enthusiastic about supporting the organization’s mission and expanding its impact.

Candace Brown is a seasoned finance executive with a passion for mission-aligned leadership and community impact. As Head of Finance and Accounting at MO, she oversees financial strategy, compliance, and performance for a growing public-sector tech company, where she’s known for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Candace brings over a decade of experience in financial planning, cash flow management, and board reporting, along with a values-driven approach to fiscal stewardship. In her role as Treasurer of ELIE Circle, she is honored to support the organization’s mission by ensuring financial transparency, sustainability, and long-term growth in service of its community.
