Antiracist Dialogues for Action are convenings for staff in youth-serving organizations (e.g., afterschool staff, librarians, teaching artists, teachers, researchers) to learn, share collective knowledge, and work together to dismantle racism and injustice.
DIALOGUES CONSIST OF:

30-minute presentation providing context, research, and historical perspectives

45-minute small group dialogue on a related subtopic (share collective knowledge and goal setting)

15-minute closing and large group share out
